Returns & Refunds

For items purchased through our eShop we will gladly refund, credit or exchange unwanted or faulty products on presentation of proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. (Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error).

You must include:

  • A copy of the Packing Slip or proof of purchase
  • The Purchaser's or Recipient's Name
  • Date it was ordered
  • Purchaser or Recipient Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Please include reason for return.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of goods to the address directly above. Refunds are issued via the same channel as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased via credit card, the refund will be processed through the same credit card. Payments through Paypal will be refunded to the same Paypal account as the original purchase.
